Abstract:Objective To investigte the correlation between multi-slice spiral CT perfusion imaging with benign and malignant neoplasms. Methods 110 cases of CT perfusion scanning of thyroid tissue in our hospital were selected and divided into three groups, namely the normal group, the benign group and the malignant group. L6-layer helical CT was used to first scan and perfu-sion imaging. Blood flow ( BF) , blood volume ( BV) , average passing time ( MTT) and surface permeability ( PS) were meas-ured and recorded separately, and statistical analysis was performed. Results The statistical results showed that there was a sig-nificant difference between BF ( P <0. 05) and the BV ( P <0. 05) and the MTT value ( P <0. 05) in the three groups, the normal group, the benign group, and the malignant group ( P <0. 05), and the BV and MTT values of the three groups were not significant ( P <0. 05). Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT perfusion technique is feasible, convenient and noninvasive, which has important diagnostic value for benign and malignant thyroid lesions.
