Abstract:Objective To explore the the value of MRI perfusion imaging in differential diagnosis of granulomatous mastitis (GM) and non-mass breast cancer (NMBC). Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of GM and non-mass breast cancer patients from May 2016~ May 2017,including 17 cases of GM and 21 cases of NMBC. All of the patients received the preoperative MRI examination and postoperative pathologic examination. Test was used to compare ADC values. Chi-square test was used to compare two-group patients with type of time signal intensity curve(TIC). Wilcoxon test was used to compare le-sions hemodynamic parameters. Results GM's TIC type are mostly type II,non mass breast cancer was mostly type III,differ-ences had significantly statistical differences( P <0.05). Two groups of patients with early enhancement rate and maximum rein-forcement ratio were respectively 1. 038 vs 0. 902 and 2.085 vs 1.632,which hae no significantly statistical differences ( P >0.05). The ADC value of the two group had no significantly statistical differences( P >0.05).Conclusion MRI perfusion im-aging has certain significance to the identification of GM and non-mass breast cancer, the differential diagnosis of GM and non-mass breast cancer, but remains to be closely combined with clinical, MRI and other imaging examination comprehensive judg-ment.
