Abstract:Objective To reduce the radiation dose and complication of breast X-ray three-dimensional hook wire localization by preventive and meticulous operation. Methods 34 female patients with X-ray three-dimensional hook wire were collected from December 2014 to September 2016. The patients were divided into low dose group and normal dose group according to the princi-ple of random grouping. AGD values and incident skin dose (ESD) values in the three-dimensional hook-wire positioning opera-tion were used to analyze the causes and prophylaxis of complications in 34 patients. Results There were statistically significant differences in the AGD and ESD values between the two groups( P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the length of the puncture needle distance between the two groups( P >0.05). There were 5 cases of vagal reaction in the operation,3 cases of misplaced software and 4 cases of distortions of the hook and wire. Conclusion In the process of positioning the three-dimen-sional hook wire of the mammary gland,by changing the radiographic condition and meticulous operation can effectively reduce the radiation dose and the incidence of complications.
