Abstract:Objective 99Tc-P53 exercise stress / resting gated myocardial perfusion imaging was used to calculate the value of transient ischemic dilatation (TID) ratio of left ventricular cavity, and to evaluate the diagnostic value of ischemic necrosis in patients with X syndrome. Methods X syndrome group inchuded 52 subjects, who were normal for coronary angiography or coronary CT,and had typical symptoms of post labor angina. The healthy control group consisted of 58 healthy adults without diabetes and hypertension.Radionuclide 99Tc-P53 motion / rest gated myocardial perfusion imaging was performed.SIEMENS QGS software was used for quantitative analysis to calculate TID ratio. Results TID ratio of X syndrome group was 1.19 ± 0.30.The TID ratio in the control group was 0.79 ± 0.19.With a normal upper limit of 1.20 TID,we found that the sensitivity and specificity of patients with X syndrome was lower than that of and 89.6%.Conclusion That TID ratio 1.20 as the normal cut-off value is an effective method for the detection of patients with X syndrome, which can supplement and expand the existing results of myocardial perfusion imaging and is a convenient and effective index.
