Abstract:Objective To investigate the value of CAREDose 4D and SAFIRE in the diagnosis of solitary pulmonary nodule ( GGN) .Methods 50 patients with pulmonary GGN admitted to the Yuyao people's Hospital of Zhejiang province in January 2014-March 2017 were selected as the subjects .Patients with HRCT diagnosis , in the study group , were treated with CARE-Dose4D and SAFIRE technology scan , the control group underwent conventional scanning method , part of the data was the same with short time interval ( less than 30 days by using two different scanning methods ) .Using surgical pathology as the gold stand-ard, the diagnosis effect different scanning method was compared .Results Conventional scanning mediastinal window image quality, and lung window image quality;CAREDose4D and SAFIRE images showed no significant difference ( P >0.05);There was no statistical significance of conventional scanning with CAREDose 4D and SAFIRE image scanning length difference ( P >0 .05 ) , CAREDose 4 D , and SAFIRE scan image of CTDIvol , DLP and ED index were lower than that of conventional scanning ( P <0.05);the detection rate of CAREDose4D and SAFIRE images of bronchial stenosis or truncation and vacuoles or honey -comb was slightly higher than the conventional scanning ( P <0.05), CAREDose4D and SAFIRE images with conventional scan-ning of leaf, burrs or sharp, vascular bundle and pleural indentation rate had no significant difference ( P >0.05).Conclusion The images obtained by CAREDose4D and SAFIRE technique in the diagnosis of solitary pulmonary nodule (GGN) of the lung are clear and the radiation dose is small , so it is worthy of popularization and application .
