Abstract:Objective To investigate the application value of diffusion tensor imaging ( DTI) and arterial spin labeling ( ASL) in the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke .Methods We selected 64 patients with acute ischemic stroke in our hos-pital from May 2015 to July 2016 .Among them , there were 13 cases of hyperacute , 39 cases at acute stage and 12 cases at suba-cute phase .All patients underwent DTI and ASL examinations .Results The infarction area fractional anisotropy ( FA) , appar-ent diffusion coefficient (ADC) and relative cerebral blood flow (rCBF) were (0.205 ±0.081), (0.911 ±0.321) and (0.224 ±0.083), which were significantly less than the control area ( P <0.05);There was no significant difference in FA , ADC and rCBF in patients with hyperacute , acute and subacute phase ( P >0.05);There was no correlation between FA , ADC and rCBF in infarct area ( P >0.05 ) .Conclusion DTI and ASL have certain application value in the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke , which can reflect the infarction blood perfusion and the integrity of the white matter fiber bundle , but still need further study .
