A study in migraine patients of feng huo syndrome based on the diffusion tensor imaging TBSS analysis

Abstract：Objective To study the DTI characteristics of migraine patients with feng huo syndrome , and to explore the chan-ges of white matter fibers in migraine patients .Methods Twenty three migraine patients and twenty five healthy volunteers un-derwent DTI scanning .The DTI data were analyzed by PANDA treatment software based on tract-based spatial statistics ( TBSS) analysis .Results Compared with the control group , there were five brain areas of migraine patients with feng huo syndrome with FA values decreased ( P <0.05), which were corpus callosum , right cingulate gyrus, right occipital lobe, right temporal lobe, right cerebellum .Conclusion Compared with the control group , the FA value of multiple brain regions decreased , suggesting that the microstructure of the related brain area of migraine patients with feng huo syndrome had changed .
