Comparison of clinical value of 64 row coronary CTA and DSA

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical value of 64 slice spiral CT coronary artery CTA and DSA. Methods The clinical data of 10 patients with coronary heart disease ( CHD) in our hospital were analyzed by CTA and DSA. The stenosis and stenosis of coronary artery disease were compared between the two methods. Results There was no significant difference between the two methods in the detection of stenosis and stenosis degree ( P >0. 05). Conclusion The clinical application value of 64 slice spiral CT coronary artery CTA and DSA, was equal and the combination of both can effectively improve resutts.
