Abstract:Objective Through the analysis of 6 cases of spontaneous coronary artery dissection, to reveal the diagnostic value of MDCT in detecting coronary artery dissection. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data images of CTCA, CAG, IVUS and follow-up data of 6 patients with spontaneous cornary dissection in our hospital. Results In 6 cases with spontaneous coronary artery dissection, CT features included narrowed lumen surrounded by crescent-shaped hematoma in 2 cases and visible intimal flap in 5 cases. Conclusion Multidetector CT coronary artery angiography is a sensitive and accurate technique to diagnose spontaneous coronary artery dissection.
