Abstract:Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of CT coronary angiography with low-concentration contrast media(c).Methods Imaging data of 70 cases underwent both LCCM-CTCA and conventional angiography(CAG) were collected. The visualization of coronary segments of LCCM-CTCA was analysed and the validity of diagnosis for vessel stenosis ≥50% was accessed by comparing to CAG.Results The imagings of 64 cases were acquired with tube potential of 100 kV, the imagings of sases were acquired with tube potential of 120 kV.The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and accuracy of LCCM-CTCA in the diagnosis of CAD were 85.4%, 99.4%, 97.6%, 96.2% and 96.5%, respectively. Conclusion The validity of LCCM-CTCA with low tube potential mode in diagnosis of CAD is accepted, which is significant in clinical practice.
