Abstract:Objective To investigate the value of the minimum ADC value in the differential diagnosis between cervical metastatic lymph node and lymphoma. Methods The MRI characteristics of 10 patients (26 lesions) with cervical lymphoma and 18 patients (34 lesions) of cervical metastatic lymph node with pathologically confirmed were analyzed retrospectively. In addition, the minimum ADC value of cervical metastatic lymph node and lymphoma were measured and compared. Results The minimum ADC value of lymphoma was lower than metastatic lymph nodes, respectively (0.58±0.12)×10-3 mm2/s, (0.76±0.16)×10-3 mm2/s, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The minimum ADC value is helpful in differential diagnosis of cervical metastatic lymph nodes and lymphoma.
