Abstract:Objective To discuss the the value of ultrasonic elastography-guided fine needle aspiration for the cervical lymph node metastasis of lung cancer. Methods Needle aspiration was used to examine 160 patients with 160 suspected cervical lymph nodes metastasis of lung cancer.80 cases were guided by ultrasonic elastography and 80 cases were guided by traditional ultrason-ic.All of them were diagnosed by cytology. The satisfaction rate and accuracy rate of sampling were analyzed. Results The sat-isfaction rate of sampling guided by ultrasonic elastography was 100%(80/80), higher than that guided by traditional ultrasonic (96.3%,77/80)( P <0.05).The accuracy rate of sampling guided by ultrasonic elastography was 93.8%(75/80), higher than guided by traditional ultrasonic (83.8%,67/80) ( P <0.05).Conclusion Ultrasonic elastography-guided fine needle as-piration has higher value in the diagnosis of the cervical lymph node metastasis of lung cancer.
