Abstract:Objective To explore the value of MSCT dignosis and diffierention of diffutive panbonchiolitis LD.Methods Through relative literature review and retrospective analysis of the clinical and MSCT materials of 35 patients with clinically or pathologically proved DPB, we summarized the chest MSCT features of DPB.Results The six main manifestations of DPB on HRCT were:1) Centrolobular miliary nodules shadows were distributed diffusely with no fusion trend in both lung fields;2) High attenuation shadows with linear or “Y” shape were connected with the proximal aspect of the nodules;3 ) In advanced stage, bronchial mucoid impaction formed with “tree-in-bud” sign, and marked air-trapping with “mosaic” sign appeared among nod-ules;4) The thickening of proximal bronchial wall, and beaded, dual-track, or ring shaped distal small bronchiectasis;5) Pul-monary interstitial lesion and pulmonary fibrosis;6) Inflammatory patchy exudation lesion. Conclusion MSCT imaging of DPB bears specificity, which is helpful in diagnosis and differentiation as combined with medical history of para nasal sinusitis.
