The value of color doppler urtrasonography in diagnosing ectopic pregnancy

Abstract：Objective To explore the lalue of color Doppler ultrasound in the carotid atherosclerosis with ischemic stroke. Methods We usesd color Doppler ultrasonography in 95 patients with ischemic stroke in patients with bilateral carotid artery-me-dial and observed plaque thickness, and the spot Block caused by stenosis and hemodynamic changes were detected and compared with the control group.Results In patients with ischemic stroke, there were 78 cases of 165 total plaque, in which the soft spot was 104, accounting for 63%, soft plaque and cerebral infarction were closely related.Carotid atherosclerotic plaque in ischemic stroke group and control group rates were about 66.67%, 11.5%, significant differences between two groups ( P <0.05).Is-chemic stroke group and control group-in the film thickness were significant differences compared ( P <0.05).Stenosis degree of correlation between blood flow velocity was found: the smaller plaques were little change in blood flow velocity; plaques caused greater luminal stenosis ( stenosis>50%) , increased blood flow velocity Fast.Conclusion Carotid atherosclerosis is closely re-lated with ischemic stroke.Color Doppler ultrasound is important for the clinical value to determine the early detection of cervical-vascular disease and the ischemic stroke.
