Imageological diagnosis of malignant melanoman

Abstract：Objective To improve the understanding of melanoma and its the diagnostic level by exploring the imaging charac -teristics of the different parts of the melanoma .Methods Retrospective analysis of 50 cases was performed in different parts of the melanoma of CT, MRI and PET-CT imaging findings, including CT (35 cases), MRI (22 cases), PET-CT (3 cases).Re-sults CT is nonspecific , which showed soft tissue density and heterogeneously enhancement .MRI performance had certain char-acteristics, T1 and T2 relaxation time shortened, T1WI showed silightly high signal and T2WI showed low signal.All 3 cases of PET-CT had increased FDG uptake .Conclusion Imaging examination can well display the part of the melanoma , relation with adjacent tissue , and further guide clinical treatment and estimating prognosis .
