Abstract:Objective To assess the superiority and the clinical value of 320-detector dynamic volume CT in diagnosing moy-amoya disease .Methods 23 cases with moyamoya disease had received 320-detector row dynamic volume CT scan , and all the original data were processed with 4D-subtraction method, volume-rendering, multi-planar reconstruction and maximum-intensity projections .Then the imaging features above and plain scan were analyzed .Rseults Varying degrees of stenosis or obstruction in unilateral or bilateral of the distal internal carotid , anterior ,middle cerebral arteries were shown in all patients by dynamic vol -ume CT enhanced scan .Mixed and disorderly compensatory blood vessels nets were found near The Willis Circle .Most of the pa-tients appeared cerebral hemorrhage into ventricles by plain scan .Conclusio n 320-detector dynamic volume CT could display the cerebral arteries characteristics of moyamova disease from varying respects , especially in showing the stenosis in the distal in-ternal carotid and dynamic recycling progress of cerebral arteries , which should be the first line imaging technique for the detection of moyamoya disease .
