Nursing cooperation during radiofrequency ablation for the pregnant with tachyarrhythmia

Abstract：Objective To summarize the experience on radiofrequency ablation for the pregnant with tachyarrhythmia .Meth-ods Data on nursing cooperation from January to October 2014 for 6 pregnants with tachyarrhythmia were retrospectively ana-lyzed.Carefully preparing everything before the procedure and giving necessary psychological care to every patient , closely cooper-ating with doctors and observating patients ’ complaint, the postoperative health education was accomplished for each patient .Re-sults There were no severe complications in this group of patients and no atrioventricular block was observed .Conclusion Carefully preparing everything before the procedure and giving necessary psychological care to every patient , closely cooperating with doctors and observating patients ’ complaint , the postoperative health education is the key to ensure success of the procedure , to avoid or reduce complications .
