Aortic archabove CTA reduce contrart agent doses of clinical research

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical value of reducing the dose of contrast agent in the examination of aortic arch above .Methods 148 cases of suspected cervical artery disease patients with low dose contrast agent of aortic arch above CTA ex -amination, image transmission AW4.4 GE workstation for image analysis and three-dimensional imaging .Results 148 case pa-tients, image quality for instituting 126 cases (85.1%), 22 cases (14.9%) of the image quality is good.Conclusion low dose of aortic arch above CTA significantly reduces the dose of contrast agent (about 37.5%), can clearly show the carotid artery, im-age quality can meet the needs of clinical diagnosis of disease .
