Abstract:Objective To explore the dual-source CT diagnostic value of complex congenital heart disease .Methods Retro-spective analysis of 31 cases of complex congenital heart disease dual-source CT and echocardiographic images .Results The di-agnosis accuracy of DSCT and ECHO in diagnosing cardiac anomaly were 87.8%(29/33) and 97%(32/33) respectively, two groups has no statistical difference (χ2 =0.866, P >0.05).The accuracy of DSCT and ECHO in diagnosing cardiovascular fit-ting and peripheral vascular anomaly were 97.9%(48/49) and 71%(35/49) respectively, the difference of two groups was sta-tistical significant (χ2 =11.335, P <O.05).The diagnosis accuracy of all the lesions in DSCT and ECHO were 93.9%(77/82) and 81.7%(67/82).The difference was statistical significant (χ2 =5.694, P <0.05).Conclusion DSCT is better than ECHO in diagnosing for peripheral vascular abnomaly .
