Abstract:Objective To investigate the MRI features of tumor of the different grade of oligodendrocytes tumor .Methods We retrospectively analysed of 33 cases of oligodendrocytes tumor imaging findings and combined with the pathological results . Results The lesions were solitary lesions , of which 21 were grade II and 12 were grade III .For tumor in supratentorial brain white matter, frontal lobe was the most common, and 63.6% was lesion calcification, MRI T2WI showed high signal on T1WI, much like a low signal , T2 WI-flair showed high signal on DWI showed slightly high signal , cystic degeneration , bleeding signal , enhancement in different ways , as mild to moderate enhancement or obvious enhancement .There were some differences in loca-tion, size, cystic change, space capsule, tumor edema and enhancement pattern of the lesions , while calcification and MRS were not significantly different .Conclusion The MRI features of different levels of glioma have some differences , which can improve the accuracy of grading , and provide the help for clinical diagnosis .
