Value of interlobar pleural change in the diagnosis of AIS and MIA

Abstract：Objective To study the interlobar pleural changes and tumor basis of AIS and MIA .Methods We colected 15 cases of MIA and AIS confirmed by surgery and pathology ,analyzed CT characteristics of interlobar pleura ,and com‐pared with operation and pathology .Results AIS group appeared close to the interlobar pleural tumor .The MIA group showed tumor of distal and interlobar pleura between linear plus small triangular shadow ,at the same time the pathological tumor was associated with fibroblasts .Conclusion MSCT interlobar pleural change has an important value in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of AIS and MIA ,and tumor associated fibroblasts is the main basis of interstitial cells .
