Abstract:Objective This study aims to discuss clinical Characteristics and CT imaging features of pulmonary aspergil‐losis (PA) and to provide a reference for diagnosis of PA by imaging .Methods We collected general clinical information and CT imaging information of 55 patients with PA ,in cluding clinical manifestation ,underlying disease ,risk factors la‐boratory examination and CT imaging characteristics .Results Cough ,fever ,and wheezing were mainly manifestations of PA .Most patients complicated with underlying disease and 17 cases combined with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease , accounting for about 30 .91% ,which was the highest proportion .Old age ,hypoalbuminemia ,long‐term use of antibiotics and long‐term use of hormones were the risk factors of PA .The imaging features of PA were multiplicative ,with hale sign ,crescent sign ,flaky exudate or empty on the basis of real variety to be more typical .Other manifestation like limita‐tions of pleural thickening ,interstitial changes ,atelectasis ,infiltration ,localized pneumothorax migrans ,lymph node en‐largement can also be seen .Conclusion Patients with other underlying diseases were more likely to have PA ,with hale sign ,crescent sign and flaky exudate or empty on the basis of real variety to be the typical manifestation .So image doctors should increase the accuracy of PA diagnosis by combining with clinical data .
