Abstract:Objective To discuss the application of double‐source CT in arteriae subclavia imaging in clinical diagnosis . Methods We collected the data of 27 patients who had received the dual‐source CT arteriae subclavia imaging in our hospi‐tal from July 2012 to May 2014 .Various kinds of settling techniques such of MIP ,VR ,MPR and CPR were observed . The line of arteriae subclavia and pathological changes of lumen were ebserved .Results The arteriae subclavia of two ca‐ses were normal ;14 cases were diagnosed with atheromatous plaque ,including 7 cases with mixed plaque ,4 cases with non‐calcified plaques ,3 cases with calcified plaque ,9 cases with plaque on the opening part ,5 cases with plaque on the closing part ,5 cases with lumen blocking on the opening part ,3 cases with mezzanine lesion on the opening part suffering from aortic dissection ,2 cases with abnormal vessel line on the right sides rounding the suprasternal fossa ,1 case with atheromatous plaque after stenting operation .Conclusion Dual‐source CT in arteriae subclavia imaging technique is nonin‐vasive ,convenient and economic .After combining with various settling techniques ,it can fully display the lining of arteri‐ae subclavia ,clarify a diagnosis if there is lesion in the lumen ,and indicate the condition around the lumen perivascular ar‐ea .It has great value on making further clinical diagnosis plan .
