Abstract:Objective To assess the application value of cerebral surface reconstruction technique using 64‐slice spiral CT in infant extracerebral space .Methods We collected 20 cases of infants ,who were found extracerebral space widened in axis images .Then cerebral surface reconstruction was used to acquired cerebral surface anatomy structure images .Results In contrase to routine axix images ,the cerebral surface reconstruction technology can be more intuitive to display the anat‐omy of broadening in frontotemporal and parietal extracerebral space and adjacent sulci and gyri .Conclusion The surface reconstruction technique can intuitively display the anatomical location of extracerebral space widened ,which has certain value for study on cerebral anatomy .
