Abstract:Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of spiral CT perfusion imaging in hapetic cirrhosis .Methods 50 cases of liver cirrhosis and 50 healthy subjects in the same period were included in the study .Spiral CT perfusion ima‐ging indexes were compared between the two groups .Results BF ,BV ,PVP ,THBF in study group were significantly lower than that in the control group ,while MTT ,HAP ,HPI were significantly higher ( P<0 .05) .There were signifi‐cant differences in different degrees of hapetic cirrhosis ,in PVP ,T HBF and HPI ( P<0 .05) .CT grading positively cor‐related with Child‐Pugh classification ,r=0 .927 ,P<0 .05 .Conclusion Spiral CT perfusion imaging may provide a basis for cirrhosis in early diagnosis ,assessment and prognosis with a high clinical value .
