Abstract:Objective To compare the clinical diagnostic value of Color Doppler ultrasound and dynamic contrast-en-hanced MRI in breast lesions .Methods 95 patients (101 breast lesions) ,confirmed by surgery and pathology ,and re-ceived both Color Doppler ultrasound and MRI were collected .Compared with the pathological results ,two-dimensional sonogram ,color Doppler flow imaging features and Dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI findings were retrospectively ana-lyzed .Results Qualitative diagnosis accuracy of Color Doppler ultrasonography and Dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI in Benign and Malignant Breast Tumor :Doppler ultrasonography diagnostic accuracy of benign lesions is 73 .3% ,and 87 .3%in malignant lesions ;Dynamic contrast-enhanced M RI diagnostic accuracy of benign lesions is 84 .3% ,and 92 .7% in ma-lignant lesionsis .101 Breast lesions were diagnosed in 95 patients ,including 67 cases of breast cancer ,accounting for 66% ;23 cases of fibroma ,accounting for 23% ;4 cases of inflammatory granuloma ,accounting for 4% ;2 cases of phyl-lodes tumour ,accounting for 2% ;1 case of cystic adenoma ,accounting for 1% ;4 cases of papilloma ,accounting for 4% . Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography has high diagnosis accuracy ,and suitable for the routine examination of breast disease;with high spatial resolution and soft tissue resolution ,MR is suitable for breast lesions ,which is difficult to be qualitatively dignosised by Color Doppler ultrasonography ,and preoperative evaluation of breast cancer .
