Abstract：Objective:To probe into the examination and diagnosis value of oolor Doppler ultrasonography to the children's ectopic acute appendicitis. Methods: Review and analysis 14 cases of the children' s ectopic acute appendicitio proved by the operated pathology. Before examined by color Doppher ultrasonography let the chdd toch the fixed pain position by themselves first, then use the technique of “convex - size”to press gradually to probe the pain position(appendix). Results:This can probe the inflamed,swollen appendix and the position relatives between the appendix and the cecum in a faster and bettter way. Conclusion: This method improves the diagmosis coincidence rate of the appendicitis in ectopic origin, providcs a reliable basis for the selection of the operation position and making out the operation plan.
