A contrast of ultrasonography and pathology for hysteromyoma (analysis of 86 cases)
Abstract:Objective: To explore the correlation between ultrasonography and pathology for hysteromyoma and to discuss themisdiagnosis cause. Methods:A retrcspective analysis was made in data for B- ultrasound,operation, pathology of hysteromyoma in 86 cases. Results Diagnosis with B- ultrasound was completely coincided with patholcgy in 69 cases, approximately in 11cases (total correct rate 93% ) ,misdiagnosed in 6 cases(7 % ). Among then,an endometrioid polyp' s patient,an endometriosis intima's,a local endometriosis intima's and a subserosa endometriosis was respectively misdiagnosed for hystermyoma, two hysteromyoma in cervices uteri were misdiagncsed ovarionous. Conclusion:The correspondent rate of diagnosis with B- ultrasound inhysteromyoma is more than 90 %, the cause of misdiagnosis multiple reasons.
