Clinical value of CT diagnosis in obscure fractures

Abstract：Objective: To explore CT features of the obscure fractures and evaluate the value of CT in diagnosis of these fraetrues. Methods:23 patients with obscure fractures were diagnosed by axial CT scans, some cases add high resolution CT(HRCT)scans. Results:Fractures of 4 orbit bones, 7 spinal bones, 7 hip bones and 5 tibia plateau bones were confirmed. Conclusion:Once fractures were suspected clinically, but with negative radiography,so CT scanning is recommended.
