Risk Factors of Decompensated Cirrhosis Complicated with Fungal Infection
Abstract:Objective To investigate risk factors of decompensated cirrhosis(DCC)complicated with fungal in﹣fection. Methods 390 patients with DCC in the Fifth People's Hospital of Xinxiang from Jan.2015 to Sep.2018 were selected. They were divided into non-fungal infection group(350 cases)and fungal infection group(40 cases)by fungal culture results. The clinical data of two groups were collected and compared, and the risk factors of DCC compli﹣cated with fungal infection were analyzed. Results Univariate analysis showed that the proportion of hospital stay≥14 d,history of invasive operation, serum albumin ≤28 g/L,liver function grade C,use of antibacterial drugs ≥10 d in fungal infection group was higher than that in non-fungal infection group. However, there was no significant differ﹣ence between the two groups(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that hospital stay≥14 d,history of inva﹣sive operation, serum albumin ≤28 g/L,liver function grade C,use of antibacterial drugs ≥10 d were independent risk factors of DCC patients complicated with fungal infection(OR>1 ,P<0.05 ).Conclusion The risk factors of DCC patients complicated with fungal infection are complex.Clinical prevention and treatment should be strengthened to prevent the occurrence of fungal infection and improve the survival rate of patients.
