EffectsofVitrificationonthePrognosisofResuscitationBlastocyst TransplantationinSinglePregnancyandNewborns
Abstract：Objective Tostudyeffectsofvitrificationtechnologyontheprognosisofresuscitationblastocyst transplantationinsinglepregnancy.Methods 342patientswhoreceivedadjuvantreproductivetechnologytreatment fromMar.2016toMar.2018inourhospitalwerestudied.Allpatientsweredividedintoobservationgroup(118cases) andcontrolgroup(224cases)accordingtodifferentmethods.Patientsinobservationgroupreceivedvitrificationtechnologyforcryoblastocystresuscitationtransplantation,whilepatientsincontrolgroupreceivedvitrificationtechnology forcryoblastocystembryoresuscitationtransplantationduringcleavage.Preterm birthrate,cesareansectionrate,neonatalbirthrateandadversepregnancyoutcomewerecomparedbetweeenthetwogroups.Results Therewerenosignificantdifferencesinprematurebirthrateandcesareansectionratebetweenthetwogroups(P＞0.05).Therewere nosignificantdifferencesinfetalage,birthweight,birthlength,lowbirthweight,extremelylowbirthweight,birthdefects,neonatalasphyxiation,deathandgiantinfantsbetweenthetwogroups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Vitrification technologyincryoblastocystresuscitationtransplantationwillnotincreasetherateofpretermbirthandcesareansectionrateinsinglepregnancy,andwillnotincreasetheriskofadversepregnancyoutcomeinnewborns.
