Abstract:Objective To explore effects of bandage contact lens(BCL)combined with compound anisodine on neuroparalytic keratitis. Methods Thirty -six patients with neuroparalytic keratitis visiting our hospital from May 2013 to Apr.2014 were randomly selected.18 eyes in observation group were treated with BCL combined with com-pound anisodine.18 eyes in the control group were treated with amniotic membrane transplantation. The cure rates and complications were evaluated after 7,14,21 and 28 days. Results Cure rates were 0.22,0.274,0.39,0.44,0.67, 0.61,0.83,0.78 in observation group and control group at 7 d,14 d,21 d and 28 d after therapy(P>0.05).The mean treatment time of observation group was 13.73 ± 5.76,the other was 13.07 ± 6.20(P>0.05).No serious com-plications were observed during the period. Conclusion BCL combined with compound anisodine can effectively cure neuroparalytic keratitis, which is a new security and effective method for neuroparalytic keratitis.
