Risk Factors of Gallstone in Patients with Posthepatitic Cirrhosis

Abstract：Objective To investigate risk factors of gallstone in patients with posthepatitic cirrhosis.Methods Patients were randomly divided into observation group(with gallstone)and control group(without gallstone).Univariate analysis and multivariate analysis were conducted in two groups.Results Viral hepatitis,course of disease more than 10 years,combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus and GGT were risk factors for gallstone in patients with posthepatitic cirrhosis.Conclusion Functional indexes should be further examined during hospitalization in order to reduce the incidence of gallstone.
