Abstract:Objective To explore related factors of unscheduled interruption during continuous renal replace-ment therapy(CRRT). Methods 39 patients with unscheduled interruption during CRRT were collected from Feb. 2014 to Feb. 2016. Time and factors were analyzed. Results The most important factors were filter blood coagula-tion,high transmembrane pressure, high arterial pressure and venous pressure. Unscheduled interruptions were 205 cases(71. 68% )within 24 hours,60 cases in 24 ~ 48 hours(20. 98% )and 21 cases in more than 48 hours (7. 34% ). The factors were 119 cases with filter blood coagulation(41. 60% ),140 cases with high transmembrane pressure(48. 95% ),14 cases with high arterial pressure(4. 90% )and 13 cases with high venous pressure(4. 55% ). Conclusion About 70% patients with unscheduled interruption during CRRT are within 24 hours. High filter blood coagulation and transmembrane pressure are two main factors causing unscheduled interruption during CRRT. High arterial pressure and venous pressure can also lead to unscheduled interruption during CRRT.
