Urine Metabonomics Study of UPLC/Q - TOF - MS in Rats with Type 2 Diabetes

Abstract：Objective To search for rat urine biomarkers ralated to type 2 diabetes by analyzing urine in normal rats and rats with type 2 diabetes using metabonomics. Methods Urine samples were collected by the coupled system of ultra performance liquid chromatography and Q - TOF - MS. Data were analyzed with masslynx4. 1 workstation, SIMCA - P11. 5 DIMO software and multivariate statistical methods. Results 13 urine biological markers were ini-tially screened from normal rats and rats with type 2 diabetes. Conclusion There is significant difference in urine me-tabolism between normal rats and rats with type 2 diabetes.
