Phloroglucinol Combined with Progesterone in Pregnancy Patients with Renal Colic
Abstract:Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of phloroglucinol combined with progesterone in preg-nancy patients with renal colic. Methods 60 pregnancy patients with renal colic were randomly divided into two groups with 30 patients in each group. Pholroglucinol 120 mg combined with progesterone 40 mg were used in treat-ment group. Anisodamine 10 mg combined with progesterone 40 mg were used in control group. Spasmolysis analgesic effects and adverse reactions after 1 h and 6 h recurrence rates of pain were observed. Results The effective rates in the treatment group and control group were 93. 3% and 60% respectively. Pain recurrence rates within 6 h were 14. 3% and 55. 6% respectively. Adverse reaction rates were 16. 7% and 76. 7% respectively. There were significant differences in effective rates, pain recurrence rates and adverse reaction rates between the two groups(P < 0. 05). Con-clusions Efficacy of phloroglucinol combined with progesterone is good in pregnancy patients with renal colic be-cause pain recurrence rates and adverse reaction rates are low.
