Effect of Negative Pressure Wound Therapy on Soft Tissue Defect of Anterior Tibial Skin
Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of negative pressure wound therapy on soft tissue defect of anterior tibial skin. Methods 116 patients were observed from Sep. 2013 to Sep. 2015 and were divided into experi-mental group(negative pressure wound therapy)and control group(conventional treatment). Results The experimen-tal group was better than the control group in wound granulation growth,wound secretion,wound healing time and hos-pitalization time. Conclusion Negative pressure wound therapy is a feasible method to treat soft tissue defect of ante-rior tibial skin.
