Effect of High - quality Nursing Care on Anxiety Emotion in Patients Underwent Coronary Interventional Treatment

Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of high - quality nursing care on patients underwent coronary in-terventional treatment. Methods 78 patients were randomly assigned to intervention group(40 patients)and control group(38 patients). High - quality nursing care was added to the intervention group except traditional nursing. The patients in the control group received traditional nursing. Spielberger State - Trait Anxiety Inventory(STAI)was used to measure anxiety emotion before and after nursing in two groups. Results STAI - S decreased significantly in the intervention group(P < 0. 001)and STAI - S didn't decrease in the control group(P ﹥ 0. 05). The change of anxiety state - trait scores was not significant before and after high - quality nursing care(P ﹥ 0. 05). Conclusion High -quality nursing care is an effective way to reduce anxiety of patients underwent coronary interventional treatment,which is worth popularizing in clinical nursing.
