Effectiveness of Three Surgeries in the Treatment of Bromhidrosis
Abstract：Objective To compare effectiveness of cauterization,Sao craping operation and subdermal curettage in the treatment of bromhidrosis. Methods 197 patients underwent cauterization,Sao craping operation and subder-mal curettage were collected. Efficacy of the three surgeries was compared. Results Total effective rate of subdermal curettage was significantly higher than the other two surgeries(P < 0. 05). Complication rate of subdermal curettage was significantly lower than the other two surgeries(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Subdermal curettage has the advantages of less trauma,beautiful incision and under direct vision with easy operation and high cure rate.
