Abstract:Objective To explore the feasibility and clinical value of gastrointestinal contrast - enhanced ultra-sonography in the diagnosis of gastro - esophageal reflux(GERD). Methods 120 patients with typical symptoms of GERD were selected in our hospital from Feb. 2013 to May. 2014(experimental group). In the same period,120 healthy volunteers without typical symptoms of GERD were selected(control group). Gastrointestinal contrast - en-hanced ultrasonography was conducted in two groups. Reflux time and frequency were compared and feasibility was an-alyzed. Results 5 min reflux time in the control group[(1. 08 ± 0. 26)s]was less than that in experimental group [(4. 08 ± 0. 65)s](P < 0. 05). 5 min reflux frequencies(less than or equal to 2 times)was higher in the control group(97. 50% )than that in the experimental group(15. 83% )(χ2 = 162. 9638,P < 0. 05). Conclusion Gastroin-testinal contrast - enhanced ultrasonography can show reflux objectively and clearly. It can make a preliminary judg-ment of physiological and pathological gastroesophageal reflux without paln, damage and ray harm. Patient acceptance is high, which can be used as preferred choice in clinical screening of GRED.
