Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Uterine Cavity Diseases Clinical Value of Transvaginal Three - dimensional
Abstract：Objective To investigate clinical value of thransvaginal three - dimensional ultrasonography in the diagnosis of uterine cavity diseases. Methods 112 patients with suspected uterine cavity diseases were selected. Thransvaginal three - dimensional ultrasonography was performed in all patients,the results of which were compared with pathological findings and two - dimensional ultrasonography results. Results 50 patients with endometrial pol-yps,28 patients with submucosal myoma,26 patients with endometrial thickening,4 patients with endometrial cancer, 4 patients with hematometra were diagnosed by three - dimensional ultrasonography. Accuracy rates of three - dimen-sional ultrasonography and two - dimensional ultrasonography were 92. 9% and 75. 0%(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion The diagnostic accuracy of thransvaginal three - dimensional ultrasonography is high,which is worthy of clinical application.
