Abstract:Objective To observe effects of indwelling double lumen tube ballon and regular dilatation in pre-venting relapse after transcervical resection of adhesion. Methods 80 cases with severe intrauterine adhesion were se-lected and divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each group from Jan. 2011 to Dec. 2012. There was no significant difference in age, pregnancy history, degrees of intrauterine adhesion, and situation in trans-cervical resection of adhesion in two groups. Double lumen tube ballon and regular dilatation were used in observation group. Intrauterine device was used in control group. Proportion of postoperative readhesion, uterine recovery,menstru-ation recovery and subsequent pregnancy outcome were observed. Results There were significant differences in uter-ine recovery, menstruation recovery and proportion of subsequent pregnancy between the two groups. Proportion of re-productive tract infections was higher in observation group than that in control group, which didnˊt cause severe conse-quences after anti - infection treatment. Conclusion Indwelling double lumen tube ballon and regular dilatation in preventing relapse after transcervical resection of adhesion can improve morphology of uterine cavity, increase propor-tion of menstruation recovery and improve pregnancy outcome.
