Abstract：Objective To explore the application of Quality Control Circle(QC)for improving success rate of venipuncture among junior nurses. Methods A QC was set up. The circle was consisted of goal setting,QC construc-tion,present situation investigation,data collection and arrangement,cause analysis,plan development,plan implemen-tation and evaluation. Success rates of venipuncture and degree of satisfactions among junior nurses were compared be-fore and after QC. Results Success rates of venipuncture and degree of satisfactions were both significantly higher than those before QC(p < 0. 01). Conclusion The success rate of venipuncture can be increased faster by QC.
