Remifentanil in Alleviating Amyostasia Caused by Etomidate Injection:A Clinical Observation
Abstract：Objective To observe whether Pre - injection of small dose of remifentanil can alleviate amyostasia caused by etomidate. Methods 80 Patients undergoing gastrointestinal endoscoPy were divided into 0. 2 μg/ kg remifentanil grouP,0. 4 μg/ kg remifentanil grouP,0. 6 μg/ kg remifentanil grouP and normal saline grouP. Then 0. 2 mg/ kg etomidate was injected. Results 0. 4 μg/ kg remifentanil could alleviate amyostasia caused by etomidate. It had the least effect on blood Pressure,heart rate and breathe. Conclusion Pre - injection of remifentanil can alleviate amyostasia caused by etomidate.
