Evaluation on the Effect of Regular Hemostats for Hemoptysis
Abstract：According to the various drugs being administered,192 cases ofhemoptysis were divided into four groups:ordinary hemostat group (dicynone,PAMBA) (n=73),oxytocin group (n=77),654-2 group (n=24) and no hemostat group(n=18).The total effective rate of four groups were 90.41%，92.21%91.67% and 88.89% respectively.There was no statistical difference among four groups(P＞0.05).The results indicated that the critical treatment of hemoptysis should be etiotropic therapy and the simple hemostats had little effect.
