Abstract:Dental pulp stem cells(DPSCs)are increasingly recognized for their pivotal role in immunotherapy and clinical translation.Their exceptional immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory capabilities make them promising candidates for immunotherapeutic strategies. This review integrates recent single-cell RNA sequencing data to elucidate the mechanisms by which DPSCs modulate the immune microenvironment and ameliorate immune-related diseases.Additionally,it compiles a comprehensive list of clinical trials registered from 2016 to 2024 that utilize DPSCs for the treatment of systemic diseases, provide insights into the immunomodulatory functions of DPSCs at the single-cell level and their potential for clinical application.
