Abstract：The complicated correlation between systemic conditions and endodontic diseases is an area of intense interest in the field of endodontics.This review summarizes the issues requiring major attention in clinical management for patients with systemic conditions in the department of cariology and endodontics,including the possible impact of systemic diseases on the diagnosis,pre-treatment difficulty assessment and therapy planning of endodontic diseases.This review may provide a reference for the clinical decision-making of implementation and management strategies of endodontic diseases combined with systemic conditions.
