Abstract：The gradual application of dental operation microscopes in the field of periodontology has led to the emergence of the term"Microscopic Periodontal Therapy".Compared to traditional periodontal treatment,microscopic periodontal treatment has demonstrated significant advantages in enhancing the quality of clinical care.These advantages include improved precision in treatment,marked minimally invasive effect of the surgery,accelerated healing,reduced post-operative pain,as well as ergonomic benefits and the ability for clinicians to achieve a neutral posture.This paper aims to review the concept and application advantages of"Microscopic Periodontal Therapy"in order to promote its development and application.
