Analysis and reflection on the current status of teaching reform in the dental materials course

Abstract：This study explored the current state and development trends of dental materials education in Chi-na.We summaried and analyzed the teaching reform initiatives and existing issues within our teaching group.In response to the current needs of China to cultivate high-quality dental professionals with distinctive Chinese characteristics,the study proposed a series of reform measures,including the implementation of Competency-Based Education(CBE),the utilization of internet technology,and the optimization of the course assessment system.These reforms aimed to enhance the post-competence of students and serve as a reference for future dental materials curriculum reforms.
