Abstract:AIM:To evaluate the effects of exosomes from dental pulp stem cells(hDPSCs) on angiogene-sis of endothelial cells. METHODS:hDPSCs were cultured from pulp tissue of healthy permanent teeth and the cell-surface markers of hDPSCs were detected by flow cytometry. Exosomes were isolated form hDPSCs and the effects of ex-osomes on the proliferation activity of endothelial cells were evaluated by MTT assay,EdU assay and Western blot. The migration and invasion of endothelial cells were detected by wound healing and transwell assay. Tube formation assay was used to test the effects of exosomes on the angiogenesis performance of endothelial cells. RESULTS:The prolifera-tive activity of endothelial cells was enhanced by exosomes in a concentration-dependent manner. Exosomes promoted the migration and invasion of endothelial cells. The angiogenesis performance of endothelial cells was enhanced by the ex-osomes. CONCLUSION:The exosomes from hDPSCs can induce the angiogenesis performance of endothelial cells.
